One-time purchases only

Carrywell sells one-time purchases only. There are no subscriptions, memberships, auto-renewals, or recurring charges of any kind. You are charged once, for the order you place, and nothing else.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order, email support@travelnetdevice.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already shipped

If the order has already been dispatched, please use our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Your 60-day money-back guarantee still applies.
