You may request a return within 60 days of delivery. The item should be in reasonable condition (working order, with any included accessories).
Email support@travelnetdevice.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. In some cases we do not require the item to be shipped back — we will confirm this for your order.

Once your return is confirmed, refunds are handled per our Refund Policy — issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 60 days with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
