These terms govern your use of the Carrywell store, operated by North Star Advertising LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable product pricing as displayed at checkout. We aim to describe our products accurately; images are for illustration. We may update prices and product details at any time.
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors), in which case you are not charged or are refunded.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy, including a 60-day money-back guarantee.
TravelNet™ is a 4G LTE travel router. It requires an active SIM card with a data plan, which is not included with the device. Network coverage, connection speed, and battery life depend on your SIM, carrier, location, and usage. We do not provide cellular service or data.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
